Problem

Talent was trapped in private networks.

In web3, strong seniors and leads sit in Telegram circles, community hubs, and personal graphs — not on classic job boards. Every open role became a slow, expensive hunt through people who already knew people.

Home as a place, not a form — search, dynasties, featured roles, and the illustrated world in one frame.

Solution

Hire through the network, not around it.

Intropia turned recruitment into a referral market: companies post openings with a reward for a successful intro, and the whole graph — introducers, communities, partners — has a reason to hunt for the right person.

At the core is Introduce & Earn. Anyone with a trusted network can share a role, send a pre-qualified candidate, and get paid when the hire lands. Jobs, grants, bounties, and events live in one surface instead of five scattered channels.

A role with a $10k intro bounty — apply yourself, or open the graph and earn.
Filters that speak web3: bounties, grants, referral-only, hundreds of smart tags.

Product

App, bot, dashboards — one hiring machine.

Beyond the public app: customizable admin for orgs, jobs, events, and applications; MetaMask beside Google and GitHub for a crypto-native gate; a Telegram bot that pushes a personal feed of opportunities instead of making people refresh a tab.

Operator surface: hundreds of orgs and jobs, referrals and content modules in one grid.
Telegram as a product surface — personal feed, apply or introduce without leaving the chat.
For companies: own community, media, introducers, partner hubs — one profile for every opportunity type.

Outcome

Signal in. Friction out.

First week brought 500+ applications; the platform grew toward thousands of monthly active professionals. Hiring got closer to “post a role, price the intro, get signal” — while the live revenue path stayed intact. Even the content layer worked for the brand: a Web3 talent survey and product updates that kept the lore and the pipeline moving together.

Inspiration

Drawn toward Moebius.

For the visual world of Intropia we looked hard at Jean Giraud — Moebius: clear line, strange calm landscapes, people small against impossible architecture. Not as pastiche stickers — as a brief for how a hiring product could feel less corporate and more like a place people actually want to inhabit.

That meant wide illustrated scenes behind dark UI, character avatars with sci-fi quietness, and color that stayed warm even when the chrome stayed black. The product had to feel precise and operational; the art had to keep it human and a little otherworldly — the same tension Moebius held between map and dream.

The main Intropia world — ligne claire density, lived-in tech, nature and stone in one frame.
Profiles carried the same illustrated language — lore you can scroll, not a sticker pack.

Story

  1. 01

Web3 hiring was stuck in private graphs — Telegram, communities, warm intros — while job boards stayed cold.

  2. 02

Intropia priced the intro: post a role, attach a reward, let introducers and hubs compete for the hire.

  3. 03

Tobto shipped the full funnel — board, job detail, Introduce & Earn, admin modules, and a Telegram feed.

  4. 04

The Moebius-led art universe made the product feel inhabited; MetaMask and web2 auth sat under the same sky.

  5. 05

500+ applications in week one, thousands of monthly pros later — closer to “post and get signal,” revenue path intact.
